Goals can be a tricky business. At times, achieving your goals is a walk in the park. At other times, it's a long, drawn-out process that leaves you either disappointed or unmotivated.

Accomplishing things and achieving goals is the epitome of Personal Growth. Without goals, we wouldn't go anywhere in life.

Without goals, you'll quickly get stuck in a rut. Once you're in that rut, it's pretty hard to get out of. Even your biggest dreams can slip right past you if you're not careful!

Nobody wants that to happen. You should be chomping at the bit to make your dreams come true, not sulking in the dark about why you're stuck in a rut.

1. Create A Vision Board:

A Vision Board (sometimes called a Dream Board) is a collage of images and words that represent your goals. It's a physical visualization of what you want and how you'll feel when you have it.

The purpose is to inspire and motivate you to take action toward achieving your goals because you’re reminded of why you set them in the first place.

Vision boards are also used to manifest things with the Law Of Attraction. The board programs your mind to sync with the frequency that your goals are on.

Once you’re on the higher frequency, the Universe would then reward you, in theory.

2. Affirmations:

Sticking with the Law Of Attraction theme, affirmations are also a powerful tool in manifesting your goals and boosting confidence. It’s kind of like having a pep-talk with yourself, but it’s only a few words long.

Affirmations program your brain to raise its frequency just like Vision Boards.

Think of it like this:

If you always say “Nothing good ever happens to me”, then it won’t. You have to open yourself up to what you want by visualizing it and being positive. Affirmations help to open you up.

3. Goal Tracking:

A Goal Tracker is a chart or log that tracks the progress to your goal, meaning that you log information about what you do in regards to achieving your goal and when you did it.

It’s a great way to keep track of what’s happening along the way to achieving your goal!

Some people keep a Goal Tracker page in their Journals, others use apps. The point is to do whatever would be most convenient for you and where you’ll see it often.

4. Becoming Resilient:

Resilience is the inner strength to endure tough times and bounce back from them. It’s often mistaken as stubbornness or willfulness, but I can assure you that it’s 100% strength!

You’ve probably heard of the term “Bullet Proof”. Well, that’s exactly what resilience is! Life can throw you a lot of sh*t. The more resilient you are, the easier it is to overcome it.

5. Be Patient:

The last item on the list is absolutely the most important thing. When you’re patient for your goal to happen, you’re less likely to be discouraged or unmotivated.

Nothing happens overnight and impatience won’t speed it up. Just relax, girl. It’ll come to you when you’re ready for it, and if you make it happen!

With these motivational tips, you’ll never lose sight of your goal! The path will be a little clearer, and hopefully brighter.
