This delicious recipe is hard to eat, but you must save it for your lips!
The brown sugar exfoliates the dead skin off chapped and dry lips, while the honey heals them, and the oil nourishes and protects them.
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP raw honey
1 TBSP olive or coconut oil
Combine and apply onto lips.

2. Mellow Matcha Face Mask:
Relax and refresh and your skin restores and nourishes itself with the ingredients of this mask.

1 TSP pure matcha tea powder
1 TSP plain yogurt
Cream the powder and yogurt together and apply it to your face.
Leave for 15-20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
3. Berrylicious Babe Face Mask:
This mask is the most simple, yet so nourishing and detoxifying.
Raspberries are packed full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They're great to eat, but they're so good for your skin too!
6 fresh raspberries--Yep! That's it!
Squish berries and apply directly to the skin.
Leave for 15 minutes and wash off with warm water.

4. Blemish-Busting Sunflower Mask:
Sunflower seeds make a great snack, but did you know that they're good for your skin too?
Sunflower seeds are high in vitamins A, B, and E, honey is a known acne and scar healer, and olive oil nourishes and protects your skin.
1 TSP raw honey
1 TSP olive oil
½ cup of ground sunflower seeds
Heat honey in the microwave.
Add the olive oil and gently stir.
Mix in sunflower seeds and let cool.
Apply to a clean face.
Leave for 30 minutes.
Wash off and moisturize.
Healthy skin will grow and glow!
5. Taters for Tired Eyes:
Another one-ingredient beauty treatment. This one isn't so delicious to eat raw but has great effects on those puffy, tired eyes.
Potatoes are detoxifying and high in vitamins A and C. They're also anti-inflammatory, which means they'll reduce redness and inflammation.
Two thick potato slices.
Place the slices on your eyes and leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse with lukewarm water to get the starch off your eyelids.
Potatoes can be more than just fries! Who knew?
6. Green Tea Glow Toner:
Getting the 'glow' look has been a trend that everyone's loving! Get it naturally and easily with the powers of green tea!
Green tea is well known as being pack full of antioxidants, which makes it a perfect toner for your skin. Apple cider vinegar is also a well known astringent. The two together pair well as a mild toner for any skin type.
Green tea bag
1 cup of water
Few drops of apple cider vinegar
Place a teabag in a boiling cup of water. Let cool. Add a few drops of apple cider vinegar.
Use the tea bag as a cotton ball and apply it to your face. Dry and moisturize.
Talk about killing two birds with one stone. Tea and a toner!
7. Cool as a Cucumber Mask
Moisturize and refresh your skin with this one-ingredient mask!
1 cup of cucumber slices
Puree the slices and apply them directly to your skin. Leave on and relax for 20 minutes.
Rinse off with cool water and moisturize.
