You want to be the best you possible, but how are you supposed to "be better" when you don't even know where to begin? You know you need to change, but NOTHING you've tried has seemed to work. This is simply because you don't have a growth mindset.

A growth mindset is when you have the state of mind geared to changing and improving yourself. You're always improving, becoming a better you every day. You challenge yourself to learn and you're dedicated to becoming the ultimate you.

Why You Need A Growth Mindset

Simply put, a growth mindset is the key to unlocking the ultimate you. It makes you braver and more confident, and it also makes you more successful in the goals you set for yourself.

To be successful, you must learn to change.

At first, I was scared too and I really didn’t know where to start. I thought, “There’s so much to change, how could I even possibly know where to start?” The truth is, you just have to start.

There’s no better way to explain it. You have to make the journey into your mind and expose where your weak spots are and you will have to test yourself and put the effort in to change.

All of that can be really intimidating. But I promise you, it will be worth it.

Get Over the Fear of Change

This may be the hardest to do, but it is the most important. You need to face ‘the unknown’ and accept that change is a part of life

Change isn’t always scary. Beautiful things come from change. If you believe that change is terrible, then it will be. You must reset your mind into thinking that change is a new chance for a better you.

The best example of a good change is Fall. The whole landscape around us changes, the temperature changes, the fashion changes. Isn't it all terrific?

View Obstacles as Opportunities to Learn, Grow

Obstacles often highlight our weaknesses, even if you don’t get it right the first time, at least you know what you did wrong and you can take that, improve on your weakness, and then try again.

Think of a challenge or an obstacle as a test to prove your worthy of your goal or a game you want to win.

Know Your Weaknesses And Accept Them

Know where you need improvement, what you need to change, and what you cannot change. Accept the things you can’t change and improve on the things you can change.

Keep track of these things with a simple checklist in your journal. This will help you keep track of your growth.

Daily Reflection

Journaling is popular for a reason: because it works. It helps keep you organized, focused, and calm. Journaling can also help you figure out what is working, and what’s not working, and keep track of what you’ve accomplished.

Every morning, you should be thinking about what you’re grateful for in life. It will help you focus on what you do have, and put you in a better mindset. Every evening, sit and reflect on what you’ve done that day, and the lessons you’ve learned.

You Have To Want It.

You will never achieve anything unless you want it. You have to put in work and overcome things, you will have to face fears and keep pushing forward. Is what you want worth it? Do you think you can do it?

You've got to have the passion for your goals you're setting yourself. It's the thing that gives you the resilience to overcome obstacles and see it right up to the end. Being interested in your goal makes it much easier to achieve.

Find Your Reason for Personal Growth

Every day, ask yourself “What am I doing today? Does it align with my goals? Does it make me happy? It is important to have a purpose, to keep you motivated and in the right direction.

You must ask yourself what you want most and why you want it. Why do you want your goal so badly? Knowing why you’re working on your goals and reminding yourself of that will motivate you to push even further.


Have Patience in the Process

Like a seed that grows into a flower, your growth is a long process. Nothing happens overnight, so you must be patient and have faith that you’re on the right course. Some things take a long time to happen so hang tight and keep working.

That being said, you will have to put in the effort to change your mindset if you want to change your life for the better. Success doesn’t happen without hard work
