When it comes to your Personal Growth, there are no limits, there are no due dates and you can start whenever it feels right. It’s all about you. Whether you want to learn to be more independent or learn to open up a little more, personal growth is your way to get there.

The whole point of Personal Growth is to improve yourself and your life. The end goal is being the best version of yourself living your dream life. It’s all about growing into the person you truly want to be and living the life you’ve always wanted.

Before I started focusing on my own personal growth, it always seemed like I was “stuck in a rut”, except the rut lasted about 4 years. I was overwhelmed by the thought of improving myself because there was so much to work on, that I didn’t know where to start.

When thinking about your personal growth journey, you should start by asking yourself these three questions:

  1. What about myself (or my life) really needs improvement?

  2. What can I actually work on to improve myself/ my life?

  3. What are all the ways I’m going to benefit from improving my life?

1. Gain More Confidence:

Being confident can change your life for the better in so many ways including in your career, relationships, and mental health. For example, a person who is more confident is more likely to succeed in a job interview than someone who is nervous and doubtful of themselves.

  • Practicing self-care

  • Saying positive and motivational affirmations in the mirror every morning

  • Try something new/different

  • Journal about your accomplishments, skills, strengths, and other great things about yourself!


2. Learn a New Skill:

“When you learn, you grow.” Learning doesn’t end when you graduate. Your brain wants to learn and discover more things! This keeps it healthy and active, and I heard learning makes you smart, too ;)
